Cancellation Policy
Booking: Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Cancellations: Academy places are booked for the full programme. Refunds will not normally be provided for individual sessions missed due to holidays, illness or personal commitments. Absence: If your child cannot attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible. Missed sessions cannot normally be transferred or replaced. Weather: If a session has to be cancelled due to unsafe weather or course conditions, parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative session will be arranged where possible. Arrival & Collection: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time and are collected promptly after the session. Behaviour & Safety: Juniors are expected to follow the coach’s instructions and behave respectfully towards other participants, coaches and the golf facility. Persistent or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being removed from the programme. Equipment: Juniors should bring suitable clothing, footwear, water and golf clubs where available. Please contact us if your child requires equipment. Photography: Photos/videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Parental/guardian consent will be obtained before identifiable images are used. By booking a place, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read and accepted the above booking policy.
