Cancellation Policy

Golf Coaching Refund Policy: 1. Non-Refundable Fees: All coaching fees paid are non-refundable. 2. Missed Appointments: If a student misses a scheduled coaching session without providing at least 48 hours' notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 3. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the coach (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions), the coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. If a session is cancelled due to force majeure, the coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. 4. Equipment: The coach is not responsible for any damage to or loss of student equipment during coaching sessions. 5. Waiver of Liability: By enrolling in coaching sessions, the student agrees to waive any claims against the coach for injuries or damages incurred during coaching activities. Appointment Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Students must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited. 2. Rescheduling: If a session is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. 3. Late Cancellations: Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) may result in a fee or the forfeiture of the session. Additional Terms: 1. Payment: All coaching fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session. 2. Privacy: The coach will treat all student information with confidentiality. 3. Modifications: The coach reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students in writing.
